Sugar scrubs with baby oil

I have a couple of recipes for sugar scrubs with baby oil that I use all the time. Baby oil leaves the skin soft and smooth and it is not greasy at all. It also smells like baby powder which is wonderful. I use Johnson baby oil for these scrubs but you can use any baby oil you like.









Sugar scrubs with baby oil


Vitamin E


Mix a bit of brown sugar, baby oil, a couple of drops of Vitamin E (either buy oil in the bottle or break open a capsule or two). Combine all the ingredients until they make a paste. Apply on moist skin and rinse off with warm water.


Sea Salt


The next recipe is a bit different and contains sea salt in addition to sugar.


Mix brown sugar, salt, olive oil, baby oil, a bit of baking soda and a bit of yogurt. Mix them all up until it is a paste; apply the same way as the scrub above. 


I don't measure any of the ingredients, I just make sure that the mix is not runny and that the sugar (or salt) doesn't dissolve.
